Danskammer House offers extensive WiFi throughout the house, inside and out, and there are hard-wired ethernet options by window benches on the third-floor Church Lounge. Each guest suite is equipped with a charging station that incorporates both USB plugs and traditional three-pronged electrical plugs and offers multiple outlets throughout each room for electrical appliances (not just the single outlet found hiding behind headboards at many overnight accommodations).

Flat screen televisions linked to the local cable service can be found on the first floor in the Downing Breakfast Room and on the top-floor Church Lounge. Netflix service is also available. As a matter of inn policy, there is no TV equipment in the individual guest suites.

A wide range of other media and reading materials are available in the Downing Breakfast Room (e.g. a brochure rack with regional tourist information) and, most especially, in the Church Lounge on the top floor. There, guests may browse through regional magazines, explore a notebook filled with restaurant recommendations up and down the Valley, consult trail maps for hiking opportunities, scan a notebook offering recommended routes for scenic drives, learn about the many historic sites and cultural venues of our historic region, and read more deeply about early Dutch culture or Hudson River School painters.

Various games, cards, and puzzles are available for whiling away a rainy afternoon.
