Group Events.  The innkeepers will be pleased to work with visitors to support family celebrations, friend group gatherings, and small corporate retreats at Danskammer House.  The minimum requirement is one booked guest room; set-up charges and other service fees will apply according to guest requirements.  If all rooms in the inn are booked, discounts may apply to various charges and fees.  The inn can accommodate up to 12-16 participants at large tables in three indoor venues and in one outdoor venue in fair weather.  The innkeepers do not provide full luncheon or dinner service, but are able to collaborate with event organizers by recommending local food and beverage caterers.  Please contact the innkeepers for further information.

Special Occasion Gift Packages.  The innkeepers will be pleased to accept requests in advance from guests who would like to fete a member of their traveling party with a special gift.  The innkeepers will provide a short list of regionally sourced products and local services, including gift certificates.  Please contact the innkeepers for further information.

Transportation Services.  The innkeepers may entertain requests from guests without vehicles who may need pick-up and return services to Danskammer House from the nearby Poughkeepsie Train Station and Stewart Airport.   Specific travel information will be requested and must be funded at least 48 hours in advance.   The innkeepers cannot refund cancelled services.   The innkeepers will also be happy to recommend various rental car and taxi services.  Please contact the innkeepers for further information.

Picnic Baskets.  The innkeepers will be pleased to accept requests from guests in advance or on the night of their arrival for picnic baskets that they may enjoy during a day trip in the Hudson Valley.  The innkeepers will also be happy to provide recommendations for local purveyors of picnic supplies.  Please contact the innkeepers for further information.

Loaner Bicycles, Cross Country Skis, and Snowshoes.  The innkeepers may be able to offer equipment on a daily rental basis for guests who wish to enjoy the great outdoors in the bucolic hills and vales of our local back country.  Please note that guests bear full responsibility for returning such equipment in good condition and for accepting full liability for any bodily injury or other damage that may occur.  Please contact the innkeepers in advance or upon arrival, as there is very limited availability.
